Design of Page Subscription

@mlassnig has asked to merge the two tabs of Page Subscription into a single interface and asks that the textboxes on the first tab should also allow editing.

He says that only powerusers use the subscription view anyway and that hiding the editors from sight is just a nuisance to the powerusers while not providing any benefit for the normal users.
