Using Atlantis with serverless deployment platforms, how?

I have been looking into trying Atlantis out and was wondering if it is possible to deploy Atlantis in something like Google Cloud Run which just takes a docker image to run.

Documentation indicates that there is currently no way to get around needing a disk to use Atlantis is this correct?

Is there any planned support for something like S3 or Google Cloud Storage so Atlantis writes the plans and locks to a bucket?

I don't believe Atlantis is competely stateless. However, if you're looking for a non k8s way of deploying Atlantis on to gcp, then you can look at this module to deploy it on to a gce instance.
