Adding Gitea config options to chart

Atlantis recently received support for configuring Gitea webhook. The helm chart currently has no predefined config structure for Gitea and can therefore only be configured with custom secrets for the usage with Gitea webhooks.

Would it be possible to add the Gitea config options to the helm chart?
