[translation request] sub directory for each country

Hi there.

It would be nice to request translations for each country and provide sub directories like those:

• https://doc.rust-lang.org/book/index.html (main documentation)
• https://doc.rust-lang.org/book/pt-br/index.html (Brazilian translation)
• https://doc.rust-lang.org/book/ru/index.html (Russian translation)
• https://doc.rust-lang.org/book/ch/index.html (Chinese translation)
• and so on

This way, people from many countries would be able to send PRs translating the official documentation for their languages.

Hi, Steve and I don't have the time to manage issues/PRs/maintainers for different languages or decide if a translation is good enough to be official or not. I wish we did, but I'm going to close this issue because I don't see this happening anytime soon. For now, please see the translation appendix and the issues labeled "translations" to find folks to coordinate with on translations. Thanks!
