A few suggestions for discussion topics.

Joint meeting between cargo and crates.io:

  • Alternative registries
  • v2 API - such as direct upload to S3 on publish
  • cargo publish --dry-run

General crates.io topics:

  • Discuss 2019 goals (possible suggestions below)
    • Improve crate discoverability
    • Improve documentation of codebase and overall architecture
  • Infrastructure
    • Devops bot
    • CloudFront
    • Integration points that are changing, such as Travis CI .org -> .com
  • Policy
