Highlighting storage.type and storage.modifier with semantic highlighting enabled

Hey, I am trying to improve the theme I use right now, and I have found that let, mut, const, ... are highlighted as keyword due to that being the semantic type. I am asking, is there any way for me to keep storage.type and storage.modifier scopes and not highlight them as keyword (without disabling semantic highlight).
