Update package dependencies version

Suggestion

Need to update the dependencies versions of web-eye-tracker-front project.
Although it is not necessary at this point of time. we may face versioning issues if this continues. The application may run slowly.

#44 check this pull request.
After working deep i have updated most of the deprecated packages, little configurations and Readme file.
Although, the version of Vue 2 has reached EOL. But I leave current version of Vue --> 2 still as same.
Because our project contains peer dependencies. We can discuss more if we need to update Vue version also.
I believe our collaboration will add more features to our project.
