I've been using Rectangle Pro for a few years with an Apple Studio Display but have recently switched to two LG Dual Up displays side by side.
The Thirds and Fourths splits are supposed to be horizontal:
However, when I use the shortcuts, the split appears vertical instead. Interestingly, the Rectangle menu also displays the split as vertical, but only for thirds and not fourths, although fourths are affected the same.
For now, I've switched to using a Custom Size & Position as a workaround.
Thanks

Rectangle/Pro will automatically adjust for portrait mode, and I'm guessing that your displays are rotated? (For fourths I still need to add in the rotated icons).
Thanks for your prompt reply. And also, thanks for Rectangle Pro being so awesome 😊. I keep discovering new depths to it, and the Move and Resize feature has become indispensable for window management 😊.
With Portrait Mode (16:18) being the default on the Dual Up display, I'd prefer Rectangle Pro not to change the splits to vertical. Since the aspect ratio is close to square, unlike a traditional 16:9 or 16:10 display turned sideways, a 2/3 and 1/3 horizontal split still works really well.
Would you consider adding this as a preference option?
