Hover over notes

Summary

It would be great to have an option to add hover-over notes to the images.

Basic example

You select a rectangle area on the image (e.g. person's face) and then in the text box you enter, for example, this person's name). By clicking OK or hitting Enter, the information is saved and next time, when the mouse cursor is over that area, hover-over note appears.

Motivation

It's very convenient way to have more information about the image, besides captions.
