Sub-task of #22 epic.

The calendar is a monthly view with the following features:

Selected date is shaded
Selected date can be passed in and out of the component
Month can be selected via horizontal carousel of pills at the top
Can jump to date via the top-left date dropdown
Can jump to today via top-right button
