Can't save created signature in User Profile email settings - SuiteCRM 8.1.3 #148

When an email signature is created in the User Profile email settings area, the popup page/editor has the 'SAVE' and 'CANCEL' buttons covered by the Popup Window name 'Signature'. It is impossible to click either Save or Cancel. To exit the 'window, the 'close' button must be used but nothing is saved.

Issue

Apart from the above, it seems that only TinyMCE is available as an editor, whether 'Direct HTML' or 'Mozaik' is selected.

Expected Behavior

  1. I would expect that selecting different editors would result in alternative editors to be available.
  2. More important is the ability to save a created email signature. Clicking 'Save' should obviously save the signature and 'Cancel' obviously exit without save.

Actual Behavior

Cannot click 'Save' or 'Cancel' buttons. I have noticed that if the window is resized to minimum width, it is possible to click the SAVE button and it saves as expected.

Possible Fix

Sorry, I have no suggestions, but it does appear to be a simple layout design issue.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to User Profile Settings in top right menu.
  2. Scroll down to Email Settings at bottom of page.
  3. Select 'Settings' and then on the 'General' Tab choose 'Create' beside Default Signature.
  4. See top left of Popup window.

Context

I was not able to save an email signature. Resorted to manually entering into the database. I have since found that reducing Popup page width to minimum, shifts the Window name sufficiently to enable the buttons.
Priority is therefor medium.

Your Environment

The bug is present in all versions it seems. I note that the online DEMO has the same issue.

My environment is;

  • SuiteCRM Version used: 8.1.3
  • Browser name and version Mac Chrome Version 104.0.5112.101 (Official Build) (x86_64)
