Descriptive summary

When spinning up a new instance of Hyku, filesets are not attaching and thumbnails are not being created.

Rationale

Works need filesets

Expected behavior

When a work is created, the filesets should attach and thumbnails are visible on the work show page

Actual behavior

Fileset attachements are stuck in sidekiq and are never processed

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Spin up a new Hyku instance
  2. Create a tenant
  3. Create a work
  4. View the work and expect to see thumnails representatives of the filesets, see the filesets in the UV if applicable
