Allow changing the type of a global word

In the global view the type of a word cannot be changed. Sometimes this would be useful.

There are some problems with this. A change might make a word conflict with another word as they potentially have the same type now. We could possibly just return an error in that case and let the user handle proper resolution, i.e. delete conflicting word and the change the type.
