Context scalameta/metals#507

Currently, users need to manually enable project references via sbt-bloop

bloopAggregateSourceDependencies in Global := true

See https://scalacenter.github.io/bloop/docs/build-tools/sbt#enable-sbt-project-references

It would be nice if this step was automatically handled by either sbt-bloop or sbt-metals.
