Describe the bug
Currently, on a Play Framework project, filename.scala.html aren't recognized as Scala files, and support for GoTo, Linting, etc, is broken.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a Play Framework project
  2. Start using template file for your frontend

Expected behavior
Support for metals into theses files

Installation:

  • Operating system: Linux
  • Editor: Visual Studio Code
  • Metals version: v0.7.6

Search terms
Twirl, Java Templates, Play Framework, .scala.html

After this PR (sbt/sbt#7417), sbt server should start sending diagnostics to Twirl files.
