Fails in testsample.py line 22 with python3. Works with python2. I suspect a bug in test framework.

getsymval unit test works with testctx in both py2 and py3. There is still a bug in TestBase for py3, but I went ahead and released 1.0.3. testctx is the better test framework, I think.
