Review current exported public API.
Migration guide from seamapi package #7
Move seamapi/pythonto seamapi/python-legacy and close all issues and archive repo.
Move seamapi/python-next to seamapi/python
Mark seamapi package deprecated
Publish new major version of seamapi which throws an error when imported
Publish v1 of seam package and post migration guide on release page.
Ensure all docs are updated to use new package.
