In main page README.rst, when it says...

python-Levenshtein (optional, provides a 4-10x speedup in String Matching, though may result in differing results for certain cases)

The last link is broken.

This line also links to ztane/python-Levenshtein (not maintained) instead of maxbachmann/Levenshtein (the actual PyPI version)
