Migration to v1.1 and Sekando Web Toolkit

I've decided to shut down the version of the API this library uses and ask that current users switch to v1.1 which requires a Sekando Web Toolkit account. I'm doing this because I can't afford to keep the service running while accommodating all of the traffic from sites that are not paying the monthly subscription. Other than the people with whom I specifically discussed making an exception, all users will be required to pay the monthly JPY ¥1,000 + tax fee.

I haven't decided on a specific date to restrict access to the v1 API or requests to the v1.1 API for accounts which have not registered a payment method at this time.
