I want to introduce myself - I joined Sensu this week to focus on our amazing Community. I also want to let you know what we’ve been up to recently and how we’re investing in the future of this awesome module and the sensu/puppet community.

If you missed the news earlier this year, Heavy Water Operations (the company behind Sensu Core) became Sensu, Inc and is now 100% focused on the Sensu product and community. This has been an exciting transition in general, but more specifically, it means we have a lot of new resources that we can dedicate to community projects like the sensu-puppet module.

While this module is already hugely successful for many of our users, there are a number of features that we’d love to see make it in. In order to jumpstart some of this work, @obfuscurity has engaged with @ghoneycutt and his team at LearnPuppet to knock out some of the more impactful issues ASAP, but more importantly, work with us in an ongoing effort to support and enhance this project.

So to summarize the new people:

• @obfuscurity is leading collaboration with Puppet, the company
• @ghoneycutt will be regularly contributing to the project going forward
• I’m (@mbbroberg) here for you as a Community lead
