Provide error guidance on error page

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

When a person receives this URL: http://0.0.0.0:8251/errors/unknown There's no guidance on what to do next. For instance, I tried refreshing the page. I got the same page, naturally. I didn't realize that if I did a new search I might have a chance from recovering from the error. Perhaps in addition to:

Unknown

An unknown error occured.

there might be a button that takes a user back to the "home" page.
Or sometimes I've see that an error is shown as a ribbon on top with an "X" to clear the error
