This issue is to address the difference forms of the charge fluxes normal to the surface that are not represented in ADSurfaceCharge.C. Currently ADSurfaceCharge.C represented the charge fluxes normal to the surface in the standard drift-diffusion form. The charged flux can be better represented by using the formulation of the flux boundary conditions used on the surface. Currently there are three family of charge species flux boundary conditions in Zapdos that should be included in ADSurfaceCharge.C, which are:
Hagelaar
Sakiyama
Lymberopoulos
