You must have some of these

In-depth understanding of HTML and CSS
In-depth understanding of modern JavaScript
In-depth understanding of accessibility and usability
Knowledge of server-side technologies
Experience of making mobile apps
Experience of making installation and media arts including physical computing

…And also, you must be able to commute to Tokyo office and have basic conversation in Japanese.
