I have an iPhone 5S and for some strange reason or another the notifications I get repeat themselves endlessly....Now i tried restarting my phone and that didn't help I tried un-paring and re-paring the only thing that helped was a hard shutdown of the phone(power and lock buttons same time) this made it to where only one notification got shown but this was only temporarily now it is back doing what it did before....
