Version: 2.17.1
Platform: Windows 10 64 bit
Problem:
Just after launching the KEmu with a MIDlet, if state is RUNNING, but screen is still white, MIDlet is still loading
and the MemoryView window is dragged all KEmulator windows become unmovable until restart. Also newly opened windows.
