Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The bot currently only has localization, it doesn't use it. Basically its just collecting dust.

Describe the solution you'd like
A full implementaion of fluent in the bot. The bot needs to use fluent for all srtings passed to the user, and where applicable, (the wiki command), use the specified langauge.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Could use an alternative localization option, like i18n-next, but it would need to use a filetype supported by weblate.

Sanity checklist:

  • Use fluent for everything
  • Use specified lang in wiki cmd
