Allow defining the time interval in which real-time updates are reflected in the UI #250

If we aplly real-time updates in the UI as they come, a Shlink instance with a lot of visits could get crazy.

It would be interesting to allow saving all updates coming from the server and apply them all at once at regular intervals.
