feat: Add toast

Why

• Implements Toast component

How

• Mounts toast content into ToastProvider. We can also pass a react element in the toast to customise further.
• Currently, it can only show one toast at a time, which is sufficient in most cases. We can later improve it to handle multiple toasts. Didn't want to spend too much time on it so early.

Test Plan

• Run toast react native stories in android/iOS and web.
