Stop using libtool

Libtool was quick and easy to setup in the beginning for the shared objects to simply work. But it's extra dependency and not quite useful in the end because the main intent of the libtool is to ease portability. But for SID, we don't actually need so much portability - it's targeted for Linux. For our needs, we can do the same within Makefiles.
