Bump execution extensions with Siddhi core 5.1.2 or higher

Description:
This is to make sure all the functions are properly validated based on the fix #1401 No-arg functions are not properly validated

Actually, above issue is fixed in Siddhi version 5.1.0 ... But, since map uses siddhi version 5.0.2, you have seen that issue. But, do you think your PR is required to solve this ?

Yep, there is another validation added in your fix helps for compile time check. Will add to other extensions as well.
