Are there any plans to support musl-linux on aarch64?

In my fork I've mostly got libclang building with cibuildwheel (https://github.com/nightlark/libclang/tree/migrate-to-cibuildwheel), which would make adding packages for musl linux on aarch64 easy I currently have the entry in the build matrix commented out to reduce the number of builds happening as I try to sort out the remaining issues with cross-compiling for arm64 Windows.

Update - see CI jobs linked in PR #78 for artifact containing aarch64 musllinux wheels.
