Curl in Linux install instructions #2184

Right now, you have Linux users install Signal via a series of bash commands. That's fine, however you have the publish commands use curl. Curl isn't included by default on Ubuntu and most of it's derivatives (which is most of where this software will be installed), wget is. As wget is the default on most of the systems you'll be targeting and both are equally capable for this, could you please change the default instructions to wget?

In addition, installing apt-transport-https needs adding to the instruction list.

@justinkterry You’re right, it’s not possible to submit a PR to the website so I responded to @luxpir’s PR: #2238 (comment) Mind testing the fixes I made?
