Bug Description

On Android Phone Android 9), Signal can be used as default SMS, messenger, which is good.
However on the signal-desktop (Linux) signal-desktop-1.34.2-1.fc32.x86_64.rpm, after downloading contacts, only the "signal-connected" contacts show up, which remove easy use.
It would be a nice feature, to have full-transparency, i.e same functionality on Android AND the Desktop.

Thank for the attention.
Andre Gompel
