Bug Description

Signal Desktop often says it's offline for around a second even when I'm not.

Steps to Reproduce

1. use Signal Desktop

Actual Result:

Signal Desktop complains about being offline all the time even when it is not.

Expected Result:

Signal does not complain about being offline all the time even when it is not.

My suggestion is to have Signal Desktop wait for a few seconds before it reports changes because that is really annoying.

When you next encounter this, please provide more of your log. Online/offline notifications from the OS aren't the primary thing we use as your 'online' status - we have a persistent websocket connection to the Signal Server, and if that's not working, that's a problem. Your full log will include those details.
