Incomplete features in simet-lmapd from an upstream merge viewpoint

This is a list of features or changes done in simet-lmapd that are not yet complete enough to send upstream (typically because we don't use XML).

@simetnicbr/simetbox-dev team: Anything that is listed here is also listed in the internal CEPTRO.br issue tracker, issue "MDC-476".

Unless explicitly stated, one can assume these issues will be resolved as time permits.

for-upstream/structured-task-output:

• xml-io::lmap_xml_parse_task_results_fd() -- XML support for structured task output (when using "lmapctl -i XML report" to render reports).
• task output type auto-detection (allows removal of -i from lmapctl, allows each action to output data in whichever supported format it needs).

for-upstream/fix_ma-report-result-event-time:

• fix to report ma-report-result-event-time properly

Upstream isn't interested, so this issue is very likely to not see any progress at all. If you'd like XML support across the board, we are likely to accept patches/PRs implementing what is still missing.
