[Request] 2D examples of usage with JFVM

I don't have an issue with the code, but do you have any examples similar to:

that uses JFVM for the transport part, and JPhreeqc for the reaction part in a 2D domain?

Hi @SA8416 ,
Unfortunately not! I am working on extending the JPhreeqc package to have more utility functions, improved IPhreeqc integration, and having a preliminary extended input file for defining 2D and 3D reactive transport problem but the priority is with PhreeqcMatlab at the moment. Feel free to create extend the above example and ask for help here in case it does not work :-)
It is rather straightforward but needs some bookkeeping when using JFVM cells with Jphreeqc.
