[Feature Request] Allow Google Photos to be Organized as External Library

My current use case is to allow more editing of the photos. The mobile apps allow crop and rotate while the web app has no editing features. If the photos could be placed into an external library with all appropriate Google exif/json information (maybe as sidecars), then photos can be edited and rescanned. Folder configuration would be date and time by year and also albums. In the future when immich has more editing features, this might become redundant.
