Excessive text in error message (enhancement)

Testing Environment:

Windows 10, Google Chrome 73.0.3683.86 (64bit), 15.6", 1920х1080

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://faucet.singularitynet.io/
2. Log in to your GitHub account
3. Make something to see an error message (for example, right now we see the error message when we make a new request for the same wallet too early)

EXPECTED RESULT:

Error message text isn't excessive

ACTUAL RESULT:

Let's take an error message for new request which has been made too early. We see "Something went wrong! Reason: Too early to make a new request" (by the way I made another issue about this particular message but it's just an example here). So I think that better variant would be "Error: Too early to make a new request". It produces better impression than "something went wrong" and in fact "something went wrong" doesn't provide any useful info by itself.
