Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to keep my context menus as clean as possible, with only the items I use frequently, as the others can be executed from the command palette.

Currently vscode doesn't have functionality to remove items from the context menus (at least I was unable to find any).

Describe the solution you'd like
To have an option to enable or disable some of the context menus.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I tried to find a way to disable context menus with my own settings, but that's not possible for now. I've come to some issues for this feature (mainly microsoft/vscode#9285)
