Add lastheard timestamp in reflector status JSON #641

It would be beneficial to add information about the node's last activity in the form of a timestamp in the svxreflector status

lastheard: 1694084024

if node was not active, this field will be empty

We could easily create a "LastHeard" list on the dashbaord
or provide this information in the node status

and Last Active TG information will be useful too.
