[FEATURE REQ] Hex color support for holograms at least

When you are selling an item and it has hex colors in the name, the colors are shown as the closest ones to Minecraft's default palette.

Just add support for it; it's been a long time since the feature was introduced in Minecraft.

This will require a rework of how we are loading/formatting messages, but it is already something I was working on for the v1.9.2.0 update. Funny enough, I had added hex code support then saw this issue. Rest assured, you will see this feature soon!
