why you need first version of h-encore? h-encore 1 works only on 3.65, 3.67 and 3.68, h-encore 2 works from 3.65 up to latest 3.74

I solved this problem, just update to the latest version

ah got it, you have not latest version of finalhe, on older version it will upload h-encore 1 to vita with 3.74, not h-encore 2

Hey guys, I have a vita 2000 on 3.65 & whenever I run the latest version of FinalHE I keep getting the normal h-encore app and not h-encore². I read that h-encore² supports 3.65-3.74 so I'm on the lower boundry. Can someone shed some light why FinalHE is always downloading h-encore instead of h-encore² for me?
