[Multicloud UI] Unable to select the destination bucket name on first attempt from the dropdown in the Migrate bucket modal window .

Issue/Feature Description:
When creating a new migration plan in the bucket list using the Migrate link the user is unable to select the destination bucket name from the dropdown presented on the first attempt. The first attempt, more often than not, results in the user seeing a Destination bucket is required error message. On selecting the destination bucket the second time the user is able to select the bucket properly and the error message is removed.

Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
This is not a good user experience and user will have to click twice to select the destination bucket.

How to reproduce, in case of a bug:

1. Login to SODA Dashboard and register two backends, one AWS and one Azure.
2. Go to Resource Manager -> Buckets and create two buckets, one in each backend.
3. in the buckets list click on Migrate link in the operation column for the AWS bucket.
4. in the modal window enter the migration plan name and then click on the destination bucket dropdown.
5. The first attempt will jiggle the dropdown and an error Destination bucket is required is shown.
