[governing] Inconsistency in the members layout

Governing Board, TSC, EUAC and Outreach -- the member layout has some inconsistency.
GB - designations there (https://sodafoundation.io/the-foundation/governing-board/)
TSC - no designations (https://sodafoundation.io/the-foundation/technical-steering-committee/)
EUAC - designations for all except one (https://sodafoundation.io/the-foundation/end-user-advisory-committee/)
OC - Designation only for 2, rest not there.(https://sodafoundation.io/the-foundation/outreach-committee/)

@skdwriting @stevenphtan The designations of people vary in length and some have really long designations / roles that will cause issues with alignment and height.
I recommend that we keep only the organisation / company name on the GB, TSC, EUAC and OC pages. Add link to "Read More" for all, irrespective of whether we have their Bio or not, and add the role or designation in there. Most company / organisation names are of similar length (few exceptions) but still it will look more uniform.
Let me know your thoughts.
