Why SODA Foundation Needed -> Click on + button -> Takes to the bottom of the page instead of expanding the section.

Observation : If you go down to the next section and then click the + button, it works! Please check and fix

@skdwriting I could not replicate this. It seems to be working fine. Could you please try the following:

• Clear your cache and refresh the page.
• Use incognito mode in Google Chrome and check.
• Try using another browser and check.
  If the issue persists then let me know.
