feat: ✨ add overview page to all components

User Story

As a User of the Solid Design System, I would like to have an overview page for all components, as well as view key information such as the name, description, default state, links to figma and storybook, so that I can easily understand each component's purpose and correct usage, and ensure consistent and accessible implementation across the system.

NOTE: a dedicated a11y section was discussed in #1140 but is left to be added / discussed again here in this issue.
