How we can receive refresh_token into credentials ? #5

Hi ,

To get renewed access token we need to pass credentials.refresh_token and found i not getting the same into first response.

Is there any fixes needed into library to ensure we get refresh_token into first /token response.

OR any configuration i missing .

can you please guide.

I was missing to add offline_scope into request
