Request for UTF-8 and RTL Language Support in Text Editor

Hello, I would like to request the addition of UTF-8 format and right-to-left (RTL) language support to the Text editor section of DsMapStudio. Currently, texts in languages such as Arabic and Persian are displayed incorrectly as "?????". This enhancement would greatly improve the usability of the editor for users who write in RTL languages.

Ah, I think this depends on imgui which we're using for text rendering, unfortunately. I'll check again when sober.
