Our Connector UI code will be moved into our internal monorepository EDC EE, from which the public monorepository EDC CE is extracted.

Note: The new EDC CE will be re-licensed to Elastic 2 while individual files may remain Apache 2.0

Merges the [sovity/edc-ui](https://github.com/sovity/edc-ui) repository
into the CE in preparation of the v11 release

Note:
- Our upcoming v11 release will reset the entire CE to the extracted CE
from our EDC EE Monorepo either way
- This PR is about the UI history being represented properly
- Markdown Link Checker errors will be ignored for now, and fixed by the
v11 release
