Update niriss_subarrays.list #831

NIRISS SIAF file was recently updated.

mirage/config/niriss_subarrays.list would therefore need to be updated to reflect new NIRISS AMI aperture names in https://github.com/spacetelescope/pysiaf/blob/main/pysiaf/prd_data/JWST/PRDOPSSOC-063/SIAFXML/Excel/NIRISS_SIAF.xlsx.

Pysiaf version installed by Mirage may also need an update for correct placement of sources.
